Senior Digital Employee Experience Analyst / Nexthink

We are looking for a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) profile specialized in Nexthink at the Senior Analyst level, with between 3 and 4.5 years of experience, to participate in projects involving advanced monitoring, digital employee experience analytics, and optimization of corporate IT environments. The position is based in Seville under a hybrid work model, with some days working from home and others at the office, where you will be able to create valuable synergies with the rest of your team.

• Implement and configure Nexthink solutions for digital experience monitoring, including endpoint metrics, application performance, and user experience.
• Manage IT incidents using Issue Management tools, ensuring root cause analysis (RCA) and resolution within defined SLAs.
• Design and integrate dashboards and reporting for IT experience data to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to optimize the performance of systems, networks, and end-user devices.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and evolve Nexthink platforms in corporate environments, including campaign configuration, remediations, and libraries.
• Coordinate the management of critical incidents and recurring issues through structured ITSM processes.
• Integrate IT data sources (logs, events, endpoint telemetry) into analytics and management platforms.
• Ensure IT service quality through continuous monitoring and automation of improvement processes.
• Participate in initiatives to improve the digital employee experience (DEX), aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with security and operations teams to ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.

Essential requirements:

• Between 3 and 4.5 years of professional experience in IT operations environments or Digital Employee Experience.
• At least 1 year of experience working with Nexthink in implementation, administration, or DEX data analysis.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT incident management using Issue Management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar).
• English level B2.
• University degree or vocational training (FP) in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or related fields.

Valuable requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Data Management and IT data integration.
• At least 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Event Management (event monitoring and alerting).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Experience in IT process automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
• Intermediate level of problem-solving skills in complex environments (at least 2 years of application in a professional setting).

• Gestionar incidencias IT mediante herramientas de Issue Management, asegurando el análisis de causa raíz (RCA) y la resolución dentro de SLA definidos.
• Diseñar e integrar dashboards y reporting de datos de experiencia IT para la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
• Colaborar con equipos de infraestructura y operaciones para optimizar el rendimiento de sistemas, redes y dispositivos de usuario final.

Requisitos imprescindibles:

• Entre 3 y 4,5 años de experiencia profesional en entornos de operaciones IT o Digital Employee Experience.
• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia trabajando con Nexthink en implementación, administración o análisis de datos DEX.
• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en gestión de incidencias IT mediante herramientas de Issue Management (ServiceNow, Remedy o similares).
• Nivel de inglés B2.
• Grado universitario o FP en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas de Información o áreas afines.

Requisitos valorables:

• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en Data Management e integración de datos IT.
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en Infrastructure Event Management (monitorización de eventos y alertas).
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en IT Infrastructure Operations.
• Experiencia en herramientas ITSM como ServiceNow.
• Experiencia en automatización de procesos IT y scripting (PowerShell, Python).
• Nivel intermedio de habilidades de resolución de problemas en entornos complejos (mínimo 2 años aplicándolas en entorno profesional).
