Strategy Manager / Industrial, Infrastructure & Real Estate

We are looking for professionals with proven experience in strategic consulting or in Infrastructure environments to join high-complexity, high-impact projects, participating in the definition of corporate strategies, transformation programs, investment plans, and operations optimization for leading organizations in the Industry & Enterprise sectors.

• Lead strategic analyses, market studies, business cases, and transformation plans for companies in Infrastructure, Energy, Utilities, Industry, and Real Estate.

• Design operating models, growth roadmaps, and transformation programs aimed at improving business results.

• Develop investment evaluations, profitability analyses, and executive recommendations for management committees and senior leadership teams.

• Participate in digitalization, sustainability, and artificial intelligence initiatives applied to business and operational transformation.

• Degree in Engineering.

• MBA obtained from a top-tier business school.

• Experience in project management, PMO, or transformation program leadership.

• Experience in Artificial Intelligence projects, Generative AI, or AI-driven business transformation.

• Experience in developing business cases, investment analyses, or evaluating growth opportunities.

• Professional Portuguese.

• Experience in large infrastructure programs, capital projects, or energy sector transformation.

• Previous experience in top-tier strategic consulting firms.

The position is based in Madrid or Barcelona under a hybrid work model.

It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit in Spain.

• Manage strategic projects from start to finish, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the quality of deliverables.

• Define growth strategies, operational efficiency, and transformation for organizations in the I&E sectors.

• Lead interactions with clients, executive stakeholders, and program sponsors.

• Develop recommendations based on complex quantitative and qualitative analyses.

• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and supporting sales processes.

• Drive initiatives related to innovation, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and new business models.

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in strategic consulting or in companies within the Infrastructure, Energy, Utilities, Industry, or Real Estate sectors.

• Experience in corporate strategy projects, business transformation, growth, operational efficiency, or business model definition within the Industry & Enterprise sectors.

• Fluent Spanish.

• Certifiable C1 level English.

• Experience interacting with senior management teams and participating in the definition of strategic recommendations for clients or business units.

• Knowledge and experience required in the use of generative artificial intelligence and AI tools applied to the workplace, in line with Accenture's commitment to the responsible and effective use of AI.

Buscamos profesionales con experiencia contrastada en consultoría estratégica o en entornos de Infraestructuras para incorporarse a proyectos de alta complejidad y alto impacto, participando en la definición de estrategias corporativas, programas de transformación, planes de inversión y optimización de operaciones para organizaciones líderes de los sectores Industry&Enterprise.

• Liderar análisis estratégicos, estudios de mercado, business cases y planes de transformación para compañías de Infraestructuras, Energía, Utilities, Industria y Real Estate.

• Diseñar modelos operativos, hojas de ruta de crecimiento y programas de transformación orientados a la mejora de resultados de negocio.

• Desarrollar evaluaciones de inversión, análisis de rentabilidad y recomendaciones ejecutivas para comités de dirección y equipos de alta dirección.

• Participar en iniciativas de digitalización, sostenibilidad e inteligencia artificial aplicadas a la transformación empresarial y operativa.

• Gestionar proyectos estratégicos de principio a fin, coordinando equipos multidisciplinares y garantizando la calidad de los entregables.

• Definir estrategias de crecimiento, eficiencia operativa y transformación para organizaciones de los sectores I&E.

• Liderar interlocución con clientes, stakeholders ejecutivos y patrocinadores de programa.

• Elaborar recomendaciones basadas en análisis cuantitativos y cualitativos complejos.

• Contribuir al desarrollo comercial mediante la identificación de oportunidades, elaboración de propuestas y apoyo a procesos de venta.

• Impulsar iniciativas relacionadas con innovación, digitalización, inteligencia artificial y nuevos modelos de negocio.

• Mínimo 6 años de experiencia profesional en consultoría estratégica o en compañías de los sectores Infraestructuras, Energía, Utilities, Industria o Real Estate.

• Experiencia en proyectos de estrategia corporativa, transformación empresarial, crecimiento, eficiencia operativa o definición de modelos de negocio dentro de los sectores Industry&Enterprise.

• Español fluido.

• Nivel de inglés C1 acreditable.

• Experiencia en interacción con equipos directivos y participación en la definición de recomendaciones estratégicas para clientes o unidades de negocio.

• Se requiere conocimientos y experiencia en el uso de inteligencia artificial generativa y herramientas de IA aplicadas al puesto de trabajo, en línea con la apuesta de Accenture por un uso responsable y efectivo de la IA.

• Titulación en Ingeniería.

• MBA obtenido en una escuela de negocio de primer nivel.

• Experiencia en gestión de proyectos, PMO o dirección de programas de transformación.

• Experiencia en proyectos de Inteligencia Artificial, IA Generativa o transformación de negocio impulsada por IA.

• Experiencia en desarrollo de business cases, análisis de inversiones o evaluación de oportunidades de crecimiento.

• Portugués profesional.

• Experiencia en grandes programas de infraestructuras, capital projects o transformación del sector energético.

• Experiencia previa en consultoras estratégicas de primer nivel.
