Technology Lead HP&S

We are looking for a senior professional specialized in HPS to lead projects, deliver services, develop business opportunities, and actively participate in pre-sales activities and bid preparation for public sector clients, especially within the scope of the Junta de Andalucía.

The position is based in Seville under a hybrid work model, with some days worked from home and others at the office, where you can build valuable synergies with the rest of your team.

Duties

• Lead projects related to HPS solutions, ensuring compliance with scope, deadlines, quality, and business objectives.
• Manage service delivery and client relationships, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the correct delivery of contracted services.
• Participate in pre-sales processes, identifying opportunities, defining solutions, and contributing to the account growth strategy.
• Prepare and coordinate technical and economic proposals for tenders and bids, especially for public entities such as the Junta de Andalucía.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of projects and services associated with HPS environments.
• Coordinate work teams and act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze functional and business requirements to define value propositions aligned with client needs.
• Design, draft, and present commercial and technical proposals for tenders and new services.
• Drive business development activities and generation of commercial opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with quality and governance standards established in contracts and projects.
• Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and sales areas to maximize the value delivered to the client.

Essential requirements

• Minimum of 7 to 9 years of professional experience in HPS environments.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management and leadership.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in service delivery and management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales activities.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience drafting and coordinating technical and economic proposals.
• Experience in preparing bids for public administration entities, including the Junta de Andalucía.
• Experience in consultative selling and business development activities.
• Minimum English level B2.
• Residence in Seville or availability to work in a hybrid model from this location.
• Knowledge and experience in the use of generative AI and AI tools applied to the workplace are required, in line with Accenture's commitment to the responsible and effective use of AI.

Valuable requirements

• Certifications related to project management, service management, or digital transformation methodologies.
• Additional experience in large transformation programs for public administrations.
• Participation in regional or national public tender processes.

Buscamos un/a profesional senior especializado/a en HPS para liderar proyectos, ejecutar servicios, desarrollar oportunidades comerciales y participar activamente en actividades de preventa y elaboración de ofertas para clientes del sector público, especialmente en el ámbito de la Junta de Andalucía.

El puesto se desempeña en Sevilla en un modelo de trabajo híbrido realizando algunos días desde tu casa y otros en la oficina donde podrás crear interesantes sinergias con el resto de tu equipo.

Funciones

• Liderar proyectos relacionados con soluciones HPS, asegurando el cumplimiento de alcance, plazos, calidad y objetivos de negocio.
• Gestionar la ejecución de servicios y la relación con clientes, coordinando equipos multidisciplinares y garantizando la correcta entrega de los servicios contratados.
• Participar en procesos de preventa, identificando oportunidades, definiendo soluciones y contribuyendo a la estrategia de crecimiento de la cuenta.
• Elaborar y coordinar propuestas técnicas y económicas para concursos y ofertas, especialmente para organismos públicos como la Junta de Andalucía.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar el ciclo completo de proyectos y servicios asociados a entornos HPS.
• Coordinar equipos de trabajo y actuar como interlocutor principal ante clientes y stakeholders.
• Analizar requisitos funcionales y de negocio para definir propuestas de valor alineadas con las necesidades del cliente.
• Diseñar, redactar y presentar ofertas comerciales y técnicas para licitaciones y nuevos servicios.
• Impulsar actividades de desarrollo de negocio y generación de oportunidades comerciales.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y gobierno establecidos en los contratos y proyectos.
• Colaborar con áreas de delivery, preventa y ventas para maximizar el valor aportado al cliente.

Requisitos imprescindibles

• Mínimo entre 7 y 9 años de experiencia profesional en entornos HPS.
• Mínimo 7 años de experiencia en gestión y liderazgo de proyectos.
• Mínimo 7 años de experiencia en ejecución y gestión de servicios.
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en actividades de preventa.
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia redactando y coordinando ofertas técnicas y económicas.
• Experiencia en preparación de ofertas para organismos de la Administración Pública, incluyendo la Junta de Andalucía.
• Experiencia en actividades de venta consultiva y desarrollo de negocio.
• Nivel de inglés mínimo B2.
• Residencia en Sevilla o disponibilidad para trabajar de forma híbrida desde esta ubicación.
• Se requiere conocimientos y experiencia en el uso de inteligencia artificial generativa y herramientas de IA aplicadas al puesto de trabajo, en línea con la apuesta de Accenture por un uso responsable y efectivo de la IA.

Requisitos valorables

• Certificaciones relacionadas con gestión de proyectos, gestión de servicios o metodologías de transformación digital.
• Experiencia adicional en grandes programas de transformación para administraciones públicas.
• Participación en procesos de licitación de ámbito autonómico o estatal.
