Stress Engineer - Madrid - Aerospace Sector

We are looking for a junior Stress Engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience in structural analysis of fuselages to participate in various high-impact projects across multiple sectors. Your responsibilities will be:

• Perform stress and structural analyses for primary or secondary aeronautical structures. Metallic and composite materials.

• Modification, creation, and validation of FEM for metallic and/or composite structures.

• Analytical calculations and post-processing of FEM results for validation purposes.

• Creation and validation of technical reports.

• Present results clearly in both written reports and verbal communication.

• Dialogue with the client.

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.

• University degree or master's degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering or similar.

• 1-2 years of experience in an equivalent sector and position.

• Experience with railway standards and regulations (EN 12663, UIC codes)

• Experience with ANSYS"

• Fluent in Spanish and English

The work model will be hybrid: Onsite (80%) Remote (20%)

• Strong understanding of fuselage load cases and structural behavior

• Extensive experience in structural simulation (FEA/CAE), including static, fatigue, or dynamic analysis

• Extensive experience with FEA software: HYPERWORKS, NASTRAN, ABAQUS.

• Familiarity with aeronautical environment programs, methods, and tools (e.g., ISAMI)

• Proficiency in analytical calculations.

• Programming skills in Python and/or VBA are a plus

• Experience in technical documentation and validation

Buscamos un Ingeniero de Estrés junior con entre 1 y 2 años de experiencia en análisis estructural de fuselaje para participar en diversos proyectos de alto impacto en múltiples sectores. Tus responsabilidades serán:

• Realizar análisis de estrés y estructurales para estructuras aeronáuticas primarias o secundarias. Materiales metálicos y compuestos.

• Modificación, creación y validación de FEM de estructuras metálicas y/o compuestas.

• Cálculos analíticos y post-procesamiento de resultados de FEM, con fines de validación.

• Creación y validación de informes técnicos.

• Presentar resultados de manera clara tanto en informes escritos como en comunicación verbal.

• Diálogo con el cliente.

• Proporcionar mentoría y orientación técnica a ingenieros junior.

• Título universitario o de máster en ingeniería mecánica/aeroespacial o similar.

• 1- 2 años de experienciaen un sector y posición equivalente.

• Experiencia en normas y regulaciones ferroviarias (EN 12663, códigos UIC)

• Experiencia con ANSYS"

• Fluido en español e inglés
