Senior PMO | Artificial Intelligence

We are looking for a Senior PMO with extensive experience in coordinating, planning and monitoring technology and Artificial Intelligence projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring business objectives are met through efficient management of deadlines, scope, risks and quality, guaranteeing the correct execution of strategic initiatives within complex technology environments.

• Coordinate the planning, execution and monitoring of IT projects and Artificial Intelligence initiatives, managing schedules, dependencies, deliverables and resources.

• Prepare and maintain work plans, progress reports, dashboards and executive reports for tracking key project indicators.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, follow-up meetings, retrospectives, workshops and steering committees with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

• Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring compliance with quality and security standards and IT governance best practices.

The position is based in Spain under a hybrid work model, with some days working from home and others at the office, where you can create interesting synergies with the rest of your team.

It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit in Spain.

• Lead the comprehensive management of technology projects by applying Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and project governance frameworks.

• Identify, analyze and mitigate risks, dependencies and deviations, defining action plans and continuously monitoring their execution.

• Manage communication between clients, functional leads, technical teams and suppliers, aligning expectations and objectives.

• Analyze functional and technical requirements to support the definition of technology solutions and architectures.

• Oversee compliance with milestones, budgets, quality and scope of assigned projects.

• Ensure proper project documentation, executive reporting and tracking of performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a PMO in technology projects.

• Minimum 7 years of experience participating in Artificial Intelligence projects.

• Minimum 5 years of experience applying Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning, risk management, schedule tracking and scope control.

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing communication with clients, technical teams and stakeholders.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in functional and technical requirements analysis.

• Accreditable B2 English level. A level test will be conducted during the selection process.

• Technical university degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent technical qualifications.

• Knowledge and experience in the use of generative artificial intelligence and AI tools applied to the workplace are required, in line with Accenture's commitment to the responsible and effective use of AI.

• Experience in defining solution architectures for enterprise environments.

• Experience in digital transformation, automation or adoption programs of technologies based on Artificial Intelligence.

• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.

Buscamos un/a PMO Senior con amplia experiencia en la coordinación, planificación y seguimiento de proyectos tecnológicos y de Inteligencia Artificial. • Coordinar la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de proyectos IT e iniciativas de Inteligencia Artificial, gestionando cronogramas, dependencias, entregables y recursos.

• Elaborar y mantener planes de trabajo, informes de avance, cuadros de mando y reportes ejecutivos para el seguimiento de indicadores clave del proyecto.

• Facilitar ceremonias ágiles, reuniones de seguimiento, retrospectivas, workshops y comités de dirección con clientes y equipos multidisciplinares.

• Supervisar la implantación de soluciones tecnológicas garantizando el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad y mejores prácticas de gobierno IT.

El puesto se desempeña en España en un modelo de trabajo híbrido realizando algunos días desde tu casa y otros en la oficina donde podrás crear interesantes sinergias con el resto de tu equipo.

• Liderar la gestión integral de proyectos tecnológicos aplicando metodologías Agile (Scrum y Kanban) y marcos de gobierno de proyectos.

• Identificar, analizar y mitigar riesgos, dependencias y desviaciones, definiendo planes de acción y realizando seguimiento continuo de su ejecución.

• Gestionar la comunicación entre clientes, responsables funcionales, equipos técnicos y proveedores, alineando expectativas y objetivos.

• Analizar requisitos funcionales y técnicos para apoyar la definición de soluciones y arquitecturas tecnológicas.

• Supervisar el cumplimiento de hitos, presupuestos, calidad y alcance de los proyectos asignados.

• Garantizar la correcta documentación de proyectos, reporting ejecutivo y seguimiento de métricas de rendimiento.

• Mínimo 7 años de experiencia como PMO en proyectos tecnológicos.

• Mínimo 7 años de experiencia participando en proyectos de Inteligencia Artificial.

• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia aplicando metodologías Agile, incluyendo Scrum y Kanban.

• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en planificación de proyectos, gestión de riesgos, seguimiento de cronogramas y control de alcance.

• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia gestionando la comunicación con clientes, equipos técnicos y stakeholders.

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en análisis de requisitos funcionales y técnicos.

• Nivel de inglés B2 acreditable. Se realizará prueba de nivel durante el proceso de selección.

• Titulación universitaria técnica en Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería Industrial, Matemáticas, Física o titulaciones técnicas equivalentes.

• Se requiere conocimientos y experiencia en el uso de inteligencia artificial generativa y herramientas de IA aplicadas al puesto de trabajo, en línea con la apuesta de Accenture por un uso responsable y efectivo de la IA.

• Experiencia en definición de arquitecturas de solución para entornos empresariales.

• Experiencia en programas de transformación digital, automatización o adopción de tecnologías basadas en Inteligencia Artificial.

• Experiencia trabajando en entornos internacionales y multiculturales.
