IT Infrastructure Administrator - Data Centers

You will join the Information Technology Department, where you will design, implement, and secure the systems infrastructure across the various Data Centers (corporate headquarters, industrial sites, and Azure).

Key responsibilities of your role include:

• Developing the technical expertise required to build and operate systems and applications within the data center infrastructure environment.
• Managing and optimizing the technology infrastructure to ensure its availability, scalability, and performance.
• Implementing the guidelines set out in the infrastructure strategic plan.
• Driving innovation through the research and adoption of new technologies.
• Participating in new projects, ensuring compliance with standards and their proper handover for operational use.
• Working closely with the cybersecurity team to ensure the protection of systems.
• Coordinating efforts with the industrial IT team to ensure coverage of OT systems needs and promoting standards aligned with the industrial environment.
• Providing support to the ITO service for level 3 escalations and to the manufacturer.
• Managing the infrastructure budget, ensuring its optimization and financial compliance.
• Overseeing technological obsolescence and system capacity, ensuring their updates and efficiency.
• Collaborating on the selection and management of technology partners.
• Developing and maintaining operational documentation to ensure proper knowledge management.
• Managing software and hardware licenses, ensuring regulatory compliance and cost optimization.

• Completed university degree in Telecommunications, Technical Engineering (Industrial, IT, etc.) or similar fields.
• Advanced vocational training (Higher Degree) in IT Systems Administration or similar, plus certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert and VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV).

Essential:

• Knowledge of industrial technologies, automation, control systems, and industrial communication protocols.

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in OT systems design and architecture.

Integrado/a en el Departamento de Tecnologías de la Información, diseñarás, implementarás y asegurarás las infraestructuras usadas en el ámbito de los sistemas en los distintos Data Center (corporativos centrales, sedes industriales y Azure).

Entre las funciones a desarrollar durante tu desempeño de tu rol destaca:

• Desarrollar el conocimiento técnico necesario para construir y operar los sistemas y aplicaciones en el ámbito de las infraestructuras de datacenter.
• Gestionar y optimizar la infraestructura tecnológica para garantizar su disponibilidad, escalabilidad y rendimiento.
• Implementar las indicaciones definidas en el plan estratégico de infraestructuras.
• Impulsar la innovación mediante la investigación y adopción de nuevas tecnologías.
• Participar en nuevos proyectos asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares definidos así como su correcto traspaso al servicio para su explotación.
• Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ciberseguridad para garantizar la protección de los sistemas.
• Coordinar esfuerzos con el equipo de informática industrial para garantizar la cobertura de las necesidades de los sistemas OT e impulsar estandares alineados con el entorno industrial
• Apoyar al servicio de ITO en los escalados de nivel 3 y a fabricante.
• Gestionar el presupuesto asignado a infraestructura asegurando su optimización y cumplimiento financiero.
• Supervisar la obsolescencia tecnológica y la capacidad de los sistemas, garantizando su actualización y eficiencia.
• Colaborar en la selección y gestión de partners tecnológicos.
• Desarrollar y mantener la documentación operativa para asegurar la correcta gestión del conocimiento.
• Gestionar las licencias de software y hardware garantizando el cumplimiento normativo y la optimización de costos.

• Estudios Universitarios finalizados en Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería Técnica (Industrial, Informática...) o similares
• Estudios Grado Superior en Administración de Sistemas IT o similares más certificaciones en Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert y VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV)

Imprescindible:

• Conocimientos de tecnologías industriales, automatización, sistemas de control y protocolos de comunicación industrial.
• Conocimientos tecnologías Siemens, Aveva, OPC.
• Conocimientos en Ciberseguridad específicos para entornos OT.
• Nivel de inglés: avanzado
