ACCIONA is looking to incorporate an analyst for the Corporate Strategy and Development team of ACCIONA, S.A.

As part of a high-performance team, you will contribute to the performance of analyses and the preparation of recommendations on the strategic fit of corporate operations, obtaining a global vision of the Group's current and future business.

You will be part of the Group's different corporate processes and transactions, participating in the entire chain, from origination to execution and monitoring.

The main functions will be as follows:

  • Analysis and support in the execution of mergers and acquisitions projects, as well as support in strategic initiatives under the guidelines of the General Management of Corporate Strategy and Development.
  • Management, monitoring, and coordination of M&A projects, including analysis, documentation, and reporting.

Desde ACCIONA buscamos incorporar a un/una analista para el equipo de Estrategia y Desarrollo Corporativo de ACCIONA, S.A.

Como parte de un equipo de alto rendimiento, contribuirás en la realización de análisis y elaboración de recomendaciones sobre el encaje estratégico de operaciones corporativas, obteniendo una visión global del negocio actual y futuro del Grupo.

Formarás parte de los diferentes procesos y transacciones corporativas del Grupo, participando en toda la cadena, desde la originación hasta la ejecución y seguimiento de las mismas.

Las funciones principales serán las siguientes:

  • Análisis y apoyo en la ejecución de proyectos de fusiones y adquisiciones, así como apoyo en iniciativas estratégicas bajo las directrices de la Dirección General de Estrategia y Desarrollo Corporativo.
  • Gestión, seguimiento y coordinación de proyectos de M&A, incluyendo análisis, documentación y reporting.
