ACCIONA, within its Culture business line, is looking to bring in a scholarship holder to carry out tasks in Graphic Design and Visual Communication.

Mission:

Ensuring the conceptualization and efficient, precise, and visually coherent execution of graphic materials that support the company's strategic objectives, highlighting the ability to transform complex information into persuasive visual narratives that enhance our value propositions.

What you'll do

Collaborate with the department on the following functions:

  • Design and layout strategic proposals and corporate presentations, transforming complex data into high-impact visual documents.

  • Ensure visual coherence and brand identity across all pieces, ensuring compliance with internal style guides, as well as adaptation to each client's visual identity.

  • Collaborate on the development of graphic systems and resource management, including the creation of diagrams, icons, illustrations, and the development of photo and video libraries for the department.

  • Collaborate with the team to understand the communication objectives of each project and translate them into effective visual solutions.

  • Perform review and quality control of deliverables, ensuring designs are error-free, well-aligned, and ready for final use, strictly meeting established deadlines and standards.

Candidate requirements

  • Education: Final-year student in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.

  • Tools and Innovation: Proficiency in layout software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and presentation tools (PowerPoint and Google Slides). Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to design will be positively valued.

  • Visual Structuring and Rigor: Ability to visually organize dense texts and create graphic systems (icons, diagrams), maintaining a meticulous profile in final review and error control.

  • Proficiency with AI tools.

  • Work Pace and Adaptability: Ability to work quickly and under pressure without losing precision, showing flexibility in the face of last-minute changes or design adjustments.

  • Languages: C1 level in English; knowledge of other languages will be valued.

  • Portfolio: It is essential to submit a portfolio or a sample of work.

  • Availability to complete a 6-month internship with a university agreement.
