We are looking for a person with an interest in preventive management, management systems, and digitalization of OHS processes to support the Shared Prevention Service of the Water business line.

What you'll do

  • Support in management, technical assistance, and administrative processing, contributing to ensuring document traceability, monitoring of indicators, closure of preventive actions, and continuous improvement of internal processes. • Administrative procedures related to the area (registrations, coordination of medical examinations, document tracking, etc.)
  • Preparation and updating of instructions, procedures, and lessons learned: support in drafting, formal review, and layout of documents, incorporating changes derived from audits, incidents, or regulatory updates, and preparing versions for internal validation.
  • Collaboration in structuring content (objective, scope, responsibilities, associated records) and in gathering evidence to support the defined criteria, ensuring clarity and applicability across different contracts.
  • Support in digitalization initiatives and process improvement within the department: participation in identifying repetitive tasks and improvement proposals, support in defining workflows and checklists, and collaboration in updating repositories and monitoring dashboards. Support in preparing work materials (lists, templates, brief guides) and in testing internal solutions (e.g., automation of expiry alerts, data consolidation, and organization of evidence), always under supervision.
  • Collaboration in monitoring preventive actions and general support to the technical activity of the OHS area: support in controlling action plans (status, responsible parties, deadlines, and evidence), preparing reminders and progress summaries, and assisting in organizing follow-up meetings when required.
  • Collaboration in technical support tasks such as preliminary review of preventive documentation for contracts, support in internal campaigns, preparation of presentations or brief notes, and consolidation of activity indicators for review by the OHS team.
