ACCIONA, in its Construction business line, is seeking a Building Works Manager for a building project in northern Tenerife.

Mission:
Lead, coordinate, and supervise the comprehensive execution of building works, in accordance with project management guidelines and the objectives established by the company, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality standards, safety, applicable regulations, and contractual requirements.

Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the human, technical, financial, and material resources necessary for the proper execution of the works, ensuring adequate coordination of in-house teams, subcontractors, suppliers, the technical management team, the client, and all other parties involved.

What you'll do

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise the comprehensive execution of building works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
  • Organize and optimize the human, technical, financial, and material resources necessary for the proper execution of the works.
  • Coordinate in-house teams, site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring proper planning and execution of tasks.

Requirements

  • University degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals, and Ports), Architecture, or a related field.
  • Solid experience as a Building Works Manager on building projects, preferably large-scale or technically complex ones.
  • Experience in planning, execution, financial control, and project handover.
  • Advanced knowledge of cost management, measurements, certifications, subcontractor management, and production tracking.
