Acciona Energía needs to incorporate a person for the position of Energy Efficiency Operator at Acciona ESCO

As an Energy Efficiency Operator in the Control Center, you will be part of a team focused on optimizing energy efficiency through advanced technologies, remotely managing the operation of key client facilities, such as HVAC systems, lighting, and automation. Your role will be key in detecting and resolving incidents that directly impact the sustainability and energy efficiency of the facilities.

Your mission will be to ensure that systems are operating optimally, improving energy consumption and reducing the carbon footprint. You will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and reporting any operational anomalies, ensuring a positive impact on energy efficiency on a global level.

You will be part of a team of operators who carry out their work covering the service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24x7), 365 days a year, under the supervision of the shift lead, performing continuous 8-hour shifts, and rotating between morning and afternoon shifts, with the possibility of integrating night shifts in the future.

Functions>

• Study received alarms to detect the origin of deviations.
• Analyze HVAC and lighting operational patterns to detect anomalous or improper operations.
• Execute action plans for the correction of repetitive incidents, according to proposals previously accepted by project management and Supervisors.
• Report anomalies providing the possible solution to the appropriate party.
• Manage incidents in the ticketing platform.
• Follow up on the resolution of anomalies.
• Configure and integrate new facilities into the energy management platform, applying knowledge of automation and remote control to promote efficient energy use.
• Program alerts for early detection of communication failures, consumption deviations, or anomalous operation of lighting or HVAC equipment.
• Study consumption patterns and trends to detect anomalous or inefficient behaviors.
• Prepare necessary reports with varying periodicity.
