ACCIONA ACADEMY PROGRAM

Are you finishing your penultimate year of your undergraduate degree or an enabling master's degree?

At ACCIONA, we offer you the possibility of having your first contact with the professional world through the ACADEMY Program. During the program, you will be able to embark on a unique experience with challenges and team projects that will allow you to get to know a company that is committed to sustainable development in depth, while you develop your professional skills and competencies.

WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM CONSIST OF?

It is an intensive training program in which you will get to know the different ACCIONA businesses in a practical way through different experiences and by working on the resolution of a final team challenge. Durante el mismo, podrás embarcarte en una experiencia únicacon retos y proyectos en equipo que te permitirán conocer a fondo una compañía que apuesta por el desarrollo sostenible al tiempo que desarrollas tus habilidades y competencias profesionales.

¿EN QUÉ CONSISTE EL PROGRAMA?

Se trata de una formación intensiva en la que conocerás los diferentes negocios de ACCIONA de forma práctica a través de diferentes experiencias y trabajando en la resolución de un reto final por equipos. Además, durante las sesiones se organizarán workshops de formación en competencias clave (comunicación, liderazgo, innovación, gestión del tiempo, pensamiento crítico, etc.), networking con empleados de referencia de ACCIONA y sesiones de orientación profesional con el equipo de talento.
