At Adecco we are selecting a Cellar Worker to join during the harvest campaign at a leading company in the wine sector.

What you'll do

Functions:

  • Emptying barrels, cleaning and disinfecting them, filling barrels.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting vats and presses.
  • Managing the winery's computer system: entering completed work for traceability.
  • Recording completed work on paper for traceability.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting miscellaneous winery equipment.
  • General cleaning of the winery facilities (cleaning floors, outdoor vats, harvest machinery).
  • Preparing wine for bottling: plate filtration, earth filtration, various additions.
  • During harvest season: Receiving the harvest in the machine room, must treatments, bleeding, racking and pressing vats with pomace.
