What you'll do

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the execution of several worksites simultaneously.
  • Organize and distribute daily tasks on site.
  • Coordinate in-house teams and subcontractors.
  • Monitor deadlines, quality, and productivity.
  • Act as the point of contact with clients and subcontracting companies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and prevention regulations.
  • Detect issues and propose solutions during the execution of the work.
  • Oversee the proper progress of masonry, plumbing, electrical, and all other trades involved.
