• Monitoring and coordination of Digital Health strategic plans.
• Plan, coordinate, and carry out the monitoring of strategic and operational projects, ensuring compliance with defined milestones, deadlines, budgets, and objectives.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and project documentation, supporting decision-making through the monitoring of indicators, risks, and action plans.
• Coordinate the different teams and stakeholders in the healthcare environment, facilitating the implementation of digital transformation initiatives, process improvement, technological projects, and digital health.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality, and applicable accreditation standards in operations.

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), Health Sciences, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in managing, coordinating, or monitoring projects in healthcare environments or digital transformation.

• A Master's degree in Project Management, Digital Health, or related areas will be valued.
• Previous experience in a PMO or Technical Project Office will be valued, preferably within the public healthcare sector.

• Seguimiento y coordinación de planes estratégicos de Salud Digital.
• Planificar, coordinar y realizar el seguimiento de proyectos estratégicos y operativos, asegurando el cumplimiento de hitos, plazos, presupuesto y objetivos definidos.
• Elaborar análisis, informes y documentación de proyecto, dando soporte a la toma de decisiones mediante el seguimiento de indicadores, riesgos y planes de acción.
• Coordinar a los diferentes equipos e interlocutores del entorno sanitario, facilitando la implantación de iniciativas de transformación digital, mejora de procesos, proyectos tecnológicos y de salud digital.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo, calidad y estándares de acreditación aplicable en las operaciones.

• Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería, ADE, Ciencias de la Salud o similar.
• Mínimo de 2-4 años de experiencia en gestión, coordinación o seguimiento de proyectos en entornos sanitarios o transformación digital.

• Se valorará máster en Gestión de Proyectos, Salud Digital o áreas afines.
• Valorable experiencia previa en PMO u Oficina Técnica de Proyectos, preferiblemente en el ámbito sanitario en sector público.
