Department: Reimbursements, Advances and Fraud ManagementWe are looking for a Reimbursement Technician with experience in the insurance sector, preferably in the Health line, or in banking institutions, to join the Department of Reimbursements, Advances and Fraud Management.The selected candidate will be responsible for processing and managing reimbursement requests, including the most complex ones linked to large accounts and brokers, as well as handling highly sensitive claims and inquiries. They will take part in review and settlement processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and established deadlines, and will collaborate in executing controls related to the management of Health benefits.
