Production Operator - Engraving

From Adecco Selección, in collaboration with a leading industrial company located in Torroella de Montgrí, we are recruiting a Production Operator for the engraving section.

Duties:

· Preparation and start-up of machinery.

· Setting up the machine according to the specifications of each manufacturing order.

· Following established work procedures.

· Performing the checks and verifications defined during the production process.

· Reporting any incidents or anomalies detected during production.

· Handling the materials and elements required for the operation of the section.

· Permanent contract, hired directly by the company.

· Indicative salary of around €25,000 gross per year.

· Rotating shift, 5th shift pattern:

• Morning shift: 06:00 to 14:00 (Mon-Fri) and 06:00 to 18:00 (Sat-Sun) + 1 week off.
• Night shift: 22:00 to 06:00 (Sun-Thu) and 10:00 to 22:00 (Sat-Sun) + 1 week off.
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 to 22:00 (Mon-Fri) + weekend off.

· Previous experience in industrial environments.

· Experience with industrial machinery or continuous production processes is valued.

· Experience in graphic arts, printing or packaging is valued.

· Availability to work rotating shifts.

· Forklift licence is valued.

Funcions:

· Preparació i posada en marxa de la maquinària.

· Adequació de la màquina segons les especificacions de cada ordre de fabricació.

· Seguiment dels procediments de treball establerts.

· Realització dels controls i comprovacions definits durant el procés productiu.

· Comunicació d'incidències o anomalies detectades durant la producció.

· Manipulació dels materials i elements necessaris per al funcionament de la secció.

Què oferim?

· Contracte indefinit i directe per empresa.

· Salari orientatiu al voltant dels 25.000 € bruts anuals.

· Formació inicial i acompanyament.

· Torn rotatiu 5è torn:

• Torn matí: 06.00 a 14.00 h (dll-dv) i de 06.00 a 18.00 h (ds-dg) + 1 setmana de descans.
• Torn nit: 22.00 a 06.00 h (dg-dj) i de 10.00 a 22.00 h (ds-dg) + 1 setmana de descans.
• Torn tarda: 14.00 a 22.00 h (dll-dv) + cap de setmana lliure.
