Cutting Machine Operator

From Marlex Palafrugell we are looking for Cutting Machine Operators to join a well-established company in the graphic arts sector, specialised in printing and converting plastic materials for food packaging, located in Torroella de Montgrí.

The selected person will be responsible for ensuring the correct operation of the cutting machines and compliance with the production, quality, order and safety standards established by the company.

• Check the correct condition of the machine before and during the shift to ensure its proper operation and support the continuity of production.
• Check the status of production at the start of each shift.
• Contact the operator from the previous shift to find out the current state of the work and ensure the correct continuity of the production process.
• Prepare and set up the machine according to the specifications on the cutting sheet.
• Carry out the cutting process and manufacture orders according to the instructions and established parameters.
• Record the Production Batch in the computer system, ensuring that the data is correctly updated.
• Carry out tasks according to the procedures and work instructions established by the company.
• Perform the checks specified in the control sheet, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Detect and report any anomaly or incident detected during the production process to the supervisor and/or the Quality department.
• Act on any incidents that may affect production and, when necessary, inform the supervisor or the Maintenance department.
• Ensure the correct operation of the machine and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Keep the workplace tidy, clean and in proper condition at all times, following the standards established by the company.
• Comply with the established safety, quality, hygiene and environmental standards.

• Driving licence and own vehicle.

• Residence near the workplace, preferably within 20 minutes of Torroella de Montgrí.

• Previous experience in industrial or production environments will be valued.
• Experience in handling industrial machinery, especially in cutting, printing, lamination or plastic converting processes, will be valued.
• Experience in companies within the graphic arts sector, printing on plastic or food packaging, will be valued.

Des de Marlex Palafrugell estem buscant Operàris/es de Talladores per incorporar-se a una empresa consolidada del sector de les arts gràfiques, especialitzada en la impressió i transformació de materials plàstics per al packaging alimentari, ubicada a Torroella de Montgrí.

La persona seleccionada serà responsable de garantir el correcte funcionament de les màquines talladores i el compliment dels estàndards de producció, qualitat, ordre i seguretat establerts per l'empresa.

• Revisar el correcte estat de la màquina abans i durant el torn per garantir el seu bon funcionament i afavorir la continuïtat de la producció.
• Revisar l'estat de la producció a l'inici de cada torn.
• Contactar amb l'operari/ària del torn anterior per conèixer la situació en què es troba el treball i garantir la correcta continuïtat del procés productiu.
• Preparar i adequar la màquina segons les especificacions de la fulla de fabricació.
• Executar el procés de tall i fabricar les comandes d'acord amb les instruccions i paràmetres establerts.
• Registrar al sistema informàtic el Part de Producció, assegurant que les dades quedin correctament actualitzades.
• Desenvolupar les tasques d'acord amb els procediments i instruccions de treball establerts per l'empresa.
• Realitzar les comprovacions especificades a la pauta de control, garantint el compliment dels estàndards de qualitat.
• Detectar i informar l'encarregat/da i/o el departament de Qualitat sobre qualsevol anomalia o incidència detectada durant el procés de producció.
• Actuar davant de possibles incidències que puguin afectar la producció i, quan sigui necessari, informar l'encarregat/da o el departament de Manteniment.
• Vetllar pel correcte funcionament de la màquina i comunicar qualsevol necessitat de manteniment o reparació.
• Mantenir en tot moment el lloc de treball ordenat, net i en correctes condicions, seguint els estàndards establerts per l'empresa.
• Complir les normes de seguretat, qualitat, higiene i medi ambient establertes.
