From Marlex Palafrugell we are looking for two Print Operators to join a consolidated company in the graphic arts sector, specialized in printing on plastic materials for the food packaging industry in Torroella de Montgrí.

The selected person will provide support across the plant's different production processes, ensuring the proper operation of the production lines, product quality, workplace order, and compliance with the company's established safety, quality, and hygiene standards.

• Prepare, assemble, and collect the materials and tooling required for the production process.
• Provide support to machine operators and workers across the different sections (printing, lamination, cutting, etc.) during production.
• Participate in order changeovers, ensuring the correct placement of materials, cylinders, and reels once each manufacturing order is completed.
• Check the condition of the machine and production at the start of each shift, coordinating with the previous shift's staff to ensure process continuity.
• Carry out manufacturing operations following established procedures and instructions, recording production data in the computer system.
• Perform quality checks during the production process, detecting and reporting any incidents or anomalies to the production supervisor or the Maintenance department.
• Collaborate on cleaning, basic maintenance, and housekeeping tasks for the machines and the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with the company's established safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Schedule: Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night.

From 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (morning). From 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (afternoon). From 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (night).
