Job description

We are looking for an organized, resourceful person with a strong customer focus to join as a Receptionist in an exclusive space located in Sarrià (Barcelona). You will be the person responsible for welcoming visitors, managing the day-to-day operations of the facilities, and ensuring an impeccable experience for all users. What will your mission be?

To receive and assist users and visitors with professionalism and warmth.

Manage phone calls and emails.

To manage the reception of packages and mail.

To organize and prepare rooms for meetings and events.

To provide support with office and kitchen tasks.

To supervise the proper condition and functioning of the facilities.

To collaborate in organizing events and activities at the center.

Schedule

From September 1 to September 30

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Starting October 1

Mondays to Fridays from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Availability and flexibility are required for occasional events that may take place outside regular hours or on weekends.

All additional hours will be compensated. What do we offer?

Buscamos una persona organizada, resolutiva y con una marcada orientación al cliente para incorporarse como Recepcionista en un exclusivo espacio ubicado en Sarrià (Barcelona). Serás el/la persona encargado/a de dar la bienvenida a visitantes, gestionar el día a día de las instalaciones y garantizar una experiencia impecable para todos los usuarios.Cuál será tu misión?

Recibir y atender a usuarios y visitantes con profesionalidad y cercanía.

Gestionar llamadas telefónicas y correos electrónicos.

Controlar la recepción de paquetería y mensajería.

Organizar y preparar salas para reuniones y eventos.

Dar soporte en tareas de office y cocina.

Supervisar el correcto estado y funcionamiento de las instalaciones.

Colaborar en la organización de eventos y actividades del centro.

Horario

Del 1 al 30 de septiembre

Martes y jueves de 14:00 a 21:00 h

Desde el 1 de octubre

De lunes a viernes de 14:00 a 18:00 h

Se requiere disponibilidad y flexibilidad horaria para eventos puntuales que puedan realizarse fuera del horario habitual o durante fines de semana.

Todas las horas adicionales serán remuneradas.Qué ofrecemos?

Salario de 1.666,67 € brutos mensuales.

Plus adicional por horas extras.
