Room attendant at H10 Itaca

• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Good level of English.

H10 Hotels needs to hire a person to work as a room attendant at the H10 Itaca hotel, in Barcelona.

The tasks that will be under their responsibility are:

• They will perform the cleaning and tidying of rooms and corridors, as well as the organization of items in guest rooms, in a qualified manner. They will tidy the rooms in an orderly fashion and always as instructed, to avoid leaving any uncleaned.
• They will clean the check-out rooms and guest rooms, respecting their tastes and preferences to achieve maximum comfort and well-being.
• They will constantly monitor rooms with a "do not disturb" sign to try to clean those rooms as soon as possible.
• Cross-departmental support.

• Experiencia previa en una posición similar.
• Buen nivel de inglés.
• Se valorarán otros idiomas.
• Contrato indefinido de 25 horas semanales.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar una persona para trabajar como Camarero/a de pisos del hotel H10 Itaca, en Barcelona.

Las tareas que estarán bajo su responsabilidad serán:

• Realizará de manera cualificada la limpieza y arreglo de las habitaciones y pasillos, así como del orden de los objetos en habitaciones de clientes. Realizará las habitaciones de forma ordenada y siempre de la forma que le hayan indicado, para evitar así dejar alguna sin limpiar.
• Limpiará las habitaciones de salida y de clientes respetando sus gustos y preferencias para lograr su máxima comodidad y confort.
• Controlará de forma constante aquellas habitaciones con cartel de “no molestar” para intentar realizar dichas habitaciones lo antes posible.
• Soporte transversal inter-departamental.
