Room attendant at H10 The One Barcelona

H10 Hotels is looking to hire a person to work as a Room Attendant under a substitution contract at the H10 The One Barcelona 5*GL hotel, in Barcelona.

The duties to be performed are those typical of the position:

• You will carry out, in a qualified manner, the cleaning and tidying of rooms and corridors, as well as the arrangement of items in guest rooms. You will prepare rooms in an orderly manner and always as instructed, to avoid leaving any room uncleaned.
• You will clean check-out rooms and occupied rooms, respecting guests' tastes and preferences to ensure their maximum comfort and well-being.
• You will constantly monitor rooms with a "do not disturb" sign in order to try to service those rooms as soon as possible.
• Cross-departmental support.

• At least 1 year of experience as a room attendant in 5-star hotels.
• Good level of English and Spanish.
• Other languages will be valued.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar una persona para trabajar como Camarero/a de Pisos en contrato de sustitución en el hotel H10 The One Barcelona 5*GL, en Barcelona.

Las funciones a desarrollar serán las propias del puesto:

• Realizará de manera cualificada la limpieza y arreglo de las habitaciones y pasillos, así como del orden de los objetos en habitaciones de clientes. Realizará las habitaciones de forma ordenada y siempre de la forma que le hayan indicado, para evitar así dejar alguna sin limpiar.
• Limpiará las habitaciones de salida y de clientes respetando sus gustos y preferencias para lograr su máxima comodidad y confort.
• Controlará de forma constante aquellas habitaciones con cartel de “no molestar” para intentar realizar dichas habitaciones lo antes posible.
• Soporte transversal inter-departamental.

• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia como camarero en hoteles de categoría 5*.
• Buen nivel de inglés y español.
• Se valorarán otros idiomas.
