From Adecco, we are collaborating with a leading company in the food sector in Catalonia to recruit Shift/Section Managers for the checkout, restocking, and fresh produce areas at various locations in Central Catalonia (Bages, Osona, and Olot).

What will your challenge be?

You will be able to join one of these areas:

  • Checkout Section Manager
  • Restocking Shift Manager
  • Fresh Produce Section Manager

Your mission will be to lead the operations of your shift or section, coordinate the team, and contribute to the store's results through close, demanding, and goal-oriented management.

  • Lead, coordinate, and grow the team in your section or shift.
