What you'll do

Main duties:

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and upkeep of the general facilities of the offices assigned to them, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out periodic inspections to verify the condition of the facilities and detect potential issues.
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations, HVAC, plumbing, and other general building systems.
  • Replacing and repairing basic electrical components, such as lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, or small parts.
  • Resolving daily issues reported by office users, ensuring a quick response and minimizing the impact on operations.
  • Supervising the proper operation of technical equipment and installations.
  • Performing small general maintenance repairs (adjusting furniture, doors, locks, blinds, etc.).
  • Supporting space conditioning tasks and room preparation when necessary.
  • Coordinating with external maintenance companies when specialist intervention is required.
  • Complying with the safety, quality, and occupational risk prevention procedures established by the company.
  • Recording and tracking all maintenance actions carried out.

Education & certifications

- Required training: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training Certificate in Maintenance, Electricity, Electromechanics, or related specialties.

How you'll work

Expected duration: - Initial contract of approximately 1 month, with the possibility of extension based on service needs.
