- Technical training in Electricity, Electromechanical Maintenance, or similar areas.

- Previous experience in industrial equipment maintenance.

- Basic knowledge of PLC/HMI and familiarity with predictive maintenance programs.

- Handling of electrical diagrams and measuring instruments.

- Aptitude for working at heights, with the ability to comply with safety regulations.

- High availability and schedule flexibility, capable of adapting to the operational needs of the service regarding on-call duties and holidays.

- Work rotating shifts and travel (30-40 km maximum).

- Basic technical English to interpret technical manuals and specifications.

- Proactivity, learning ability, and a problem-solving mindset.

- Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic environments.
