Maintenance and Production Support Manager

At Adecco, we are collaborating with a company specialized in the manufacturing of PET containers and bottles for the food sector in the search for a Maintenance Manager.

We are looking for someone with a solid technical background who wants to take on a key role within a small-sized production plant, where they will be very closely involved in daily operations and will act as the main support for the Plant Manager. In addition to leading maintenance activities, they will occasionally collaborate in production coordination, taking on certain operational responsibilities in the absence of plant management.

- Carrying out mold changes and machinery setup.

- Supervision of the correct functioning of the production lines from a technical perspective.

- Coordination with the production area to minimize downtime and optimize equipment availability.

Occasionally, and as support for the Plant Manager:

- Monitoring and control of production processes.

- Supervision of the activities carried out by production personnel.

- Recording and entering daily production into the system.

- Management of the input and control of raw materials and auxiliary materials.

- Consolidated experience in industrial maintenance, both mechanical and electrical.

- Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.

- Ability to diagnose faults and propose improvement solutions.

- Proactive and autonomous profile with the capacity to assume cross-functional responsibilities within the plant.

- Availability to attend the on-call phone when necessary.

- Previous experience in plastic processing companies, especially in PET blowing processes, is highly valued.
