About the role

We are looking for someone with a solid technical background who wants to take on a key role within a small-sized production plant, where they will be very closely involved in daily operations and will act as the main support for the Plant Manager. In addition to leading maintenance activities, they will occasionally collaborate in production coordination, taking on certain operational responsibilities in the absence of plant management.

What you'll do

Functions:

  • Diagnosis and resolution of incidents and breakdowns in machinery and facilities.
  • Execution and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment.
  • Maintenance of molds, peripherals, and accessories associated with the blow molding process.
  • Performing mold changes and machine setup.
  • Supervision of the proper operation of production lines from a technical standpoint.
  • Coordination with the production area to minimize downtime and optimize equipment availability.

Occasionally, and as support for the Plant Manager:

  • Monitoring and control of production processes.
  • Supervision of activities carried out by production staff.
  • Recording and entering daily production into the system.
  • Management of the receipt and control of raw materials and auxiliary materials.
