We are looking to hire an HVAC Engineer to participate in industrial projects in the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Industrial sectors, joining a multidisciplinary engineering team at our client's offices in 📍Madrid.

🎯 What will your mission be?

  • Define, calculate, and design HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems for industrial projects.

  • Develop the detailed engineering associated with HVAC installations, including drawings, equipment lists, data sheets, and technical documentation.

  • Prepare the technical documentation required for request for quotations for installations (technical specifications, drawings, material lists, etc.).

  • Analyze and carry out technical comparisons of quotations received from suppliers and installers.

  • Monitor the development of documentation and approve the final documentation produced by installers.

  • Coordinate the HVAC discipline with the rest of the engineering specialties, ensuring the correct integration of information and resolution of interferences.

  • Provide technical support during the inspection, assembly, and commissioning phases of the installations, collaborating with the different teams involved in the project.

  • Degree in Industrial Technical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, specializing in Mechanics or similar.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience performing HVAC engineering functions in engineering companies within the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors.

  • Demonstrable experience in industrial plant and/or power generation projects.

  • Advanced level of English, both spoken and written. You will work in an international environment.

  • Experience with specific HVAC design tools such as HAP (Carrier) and/or equivalent software.

  • Knowledge of national and international standards and codes such as API, DIN, ISO, ASME, and AD-Merkblätter.
