Minimum of 5 years of experience managing national and international tenders within the water treatment sector (wastewater, desalination, and potable water).
Strong technical knowledge in the design of water treatment plants.
Proven experience in leadership and coordination of teams in demanding, high-pressure environments.
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple areas of the organization.
Results-oriented profile with strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Languages
Advanced level of English (mandatory). Other languages will be valued.

The role
We are looking to bring on board a Bid Manager - Water Treatment Sector (International) for a leading company in the development of integrated water treatment and management solutions, with a strong presence in international markets. With head offices located in 📍Madrid.
This is a key position within the organization, with direct responsibility for the strategy and results of the tender area. We are looking for a profile with a technical background, strategic vision, and leadership skills, who can contribute to the sustainable growth of the business in the water sector.
What you'll do
🎯 What will your mission be?
Lead the strategy and execution of national and international tenders in the water treatment sector, ensuring the competitiveness and quality of submitted proposals.
Direct and coordinate the team of specialists in the tender area, driving their development and performance.
Comprehensively manage tender processes for water treatment plant projects (WWTPs, desalination plants, and drinking water treatment plants).
Coordinate with the company's various departments (technical, legal, operations) to ensure solid and competitive proposals.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, public entities, strategic partners, and leading engineering firms.
Oversee the technical-economic analysis of bids, including estimates, costs, and sector benchmarks.
Ensure compliance with deadlines, technical requirements, and administrative procedures in each process.
