Airframe A400M Production Manager (Temp Agency)

An opportunity for an Airframe A400M Production Manager position has arisen in San Pablo (Sevilla)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a member of the management team, manages, leads, develops and engages a production team to meet time, quality, cost and safety requirements, with respect to the country's legal work context.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure effective communication within the team and with key interfaces.
• Outputs: Deliver products on time, with the required quality, at the right cost, in a safe and healthy environment, with competent and engaged people, with respect to the country's legal work context.

SKILLS

• Education: Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline.
• Experience: At least 5 years in aircraft manufacturing or engineering.
• Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics and in changing environments. Problem solving.
• Languages: Advanced level in English.
• Technical knowledge: Knowledge of the A400M and related IT tools for manufacturing processes (SAP, SIPLA, TLB, etc.).
• Office is a must.

• Valuable / Nice to have: experience in managing teams and risk management.
