Currently, the ALE-HOP team has more than 2,500 HOPers focused on surprising, innovating, and offering fun products of our own design. We are a young team with great initiative. What drives us is being able to offer our ALE-HOPers a unique and fun experience through our products and our brand. In short: ensuring they enjoy themselves!

With ALE-HOP's national and international expansion, our teams keep growing and we need to strengthen our  Purchasing department.

WHAT WILL YOUR DUTIES BE?

• Preparing and reviewing demand forecasts based on sales analysis, market trends, and seasonality.

• Planning and optimizing inventory to guarantee product availability and avoid stockouts or overstock.

• Managing and monitoring the budget for the assigned category.

• Coordinating with other departments to align supply with sales forecasts.

• Analyzing the results of each campaign, detecting deviations, and proposing improvement actions.

• Using forecasting tools, ERP systems, and Business Intelligence platforms to track indicators.

Education: Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics and/or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail sector.

Languages: English valued.

Advanced Excel skills; Power BI valued.

Con la expansión a nivel nacional e internacional de ALE-HOP, los equipos no paran de crecer y necesitamos reforzar nuestro departamento de Compras.

¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS FUNCIONES?

• Elaboración y revisión de previsiones de demanda a partir del análisis de ventas, tendencias de mercado y estacionalidad.

• Planificar y optimizar el inventario para garantizar la disponibilidad de producto y evitar roturas de stock o sobreinventario.

• Gestionar y realizar el seguimiento del presupuesto de la categoría asignada.

• Coordinación con otros departamentos para alinear el suministro con las previsiones de venta.

• Analizar los resultados de cada campaña, detectar desviaciones y proponer acciones de mejora.

• Utilizar herramientas de previsión, sistemas ERP y plataformas de Business Intelligence para el seguimiento de indicadores.

Estudios: Graduado en Economía, ADE, Matemáticas y/o afines.

Experiencia mínima de 3 años en sector retail.

Idiomas: valorable ingles.

Conocimientos de Excel avanzado, valorable Power BI.
