Specialized in the sale of gifts, fun products and fashion and decoration items, we are in the midst of an expansion process. Our goal is to fill the world with "vaquitas."

Currently, the ALE-HOP team has more than 2500 HOPers focused on surprising, innovating and offering fun and unique designed products. We are a young team with great initiative. With the national and international expansion of ALE-HOP, the teams keep growing and we need to strengthen our Purchasing and International Transport department.

WHAT WILL YOUR DUTIES BE?

1. Order assignment.

2. Booking tracking.

3. Invoice management.

4. Management and monitoring of legal regulations.

5. Customs correspondence and technical documentation.

6. Contact with suppliers at origin.

7. Incident management.

Studies related to international trade, transport, logistics and/or customs.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience is valued.

Languages: English intermediate - advanced level (B2).

Knowledge of customs and European regulations is valued.

¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS FUNCIONES?

1. Asignación pedidos.

2. Seguimiento bookings.

3. Gestión facturas.

4. Gestión y seguimiento normativas legales.

5. Escritos aduanas y documentación técnica.

6. Contacto con los proveedores en origen.

7. Gestión de incidencias.

Valorable experiencia mínima de 1-2 años.
