Automation & AI Analyst

At Allianz, we are looking for an AI Data Scientist to join our Center of Excellence in Automation & AI, with the goal of designing, developing, and evolving AI-based automation solutions with real business impact.

• Build, evolve, and maintain automation solutions in AI environments, from defining the use case to putting it into production.
• Design and implement AI models and components applied to business processes.
• Ensure the quality, scalability, and sustainability of the solutions developed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business and technology teams.
• Manage, when necessary, external suppliers, ensuring the correct development of the solutions and compliance with the defined standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's Automation & AI ecosystem.

• Technical university degree or higher education.
• 2 years of experience developing generative AI solutions.
• Work experience with Python and software development in a cloud environment.
• Solid software development foundations.
• Analytical skills, a willingness to learn, and a desire to work with the latest technologies.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary environments and collaborating with different areas.
• Good level of English to work in an international environment.

En Allianz buscamos un/a IA Data Scientist para incorporarse a nuestro Center of Excellence in Automation & AI, con el objetivo de diseñar, desarrollar y evolucionar soluciones de automatización basadas en inteligencia artificial, con impacto real en el negocio.

• Construir, evolucionar y mantener soluciones de automatización en entornos de IA, desde la definición del caso de uso hasta su puesta en producción.
• Diseñar e implementar modelos y componentes de IA aplicados a procesos de negocio.
• Garantizar la calidad, escalabilidad y sostenibilidad de las soluciones desarrolladas.
• Colaborar de forma transversal con equipos de negocio y tecnológicos.
• Gestionar, cuando sea necesario, proveedores externos, asegurando el correcto desarrollo de las soluciones y el cumplimiento de los estándares definidos.
• Contribuir a la mejora continua del ecosistema de Automatización & IA de la compañía.

• Titulación universitaria técnica o grado superior en desarrollo.
• Experiencia de 2 años desarrollando soluciones de IA generativa.
• Experiencia laboral trabajando Python y desarrollando software en un entorno cloud.
• Bases sólidas de desarrollo de software.
• Capacidad analítica, buena predisposición para aprender y ganas de trabajar con las últimas tecnologías.
• Experiencia trabajando en entornos multidisciplinares y colaborando con diferentes áreas
• Buen nivel de inglés para trabajar en un entorno internacional.
