We are looking to bring on board an Organizational Design & Workforce Senior Expert to drive a more agile, efficient and future-ready organization.
The position will contribute to the design and evolution of the organizational structure, ensuring alignment with business strategy, global standards (HPO, AOM) and the evolution of capabilities, taking into account the impact of automation and artificial intelligence.

What you'll do

What will you do at Allianz?

  • Design and lead end-to-end organizational redesigns, aligned with business strategy, global standards and the evolution of capabilities.
  • Drive agile, flat and collaborative structures, optimizing spans of control, hierarchical levels and organizational health.
  • Apply the global Job Architecture and lead job evaluation (grading) processes, ensuring consistency and internal equity.
  • Translate Strategic Workforce Planning and the impacts of AI and automation into sustainable structural decisions based on KPIs.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the business, collaborating with Finance and key areas, and defining metrics to measure impact and continuous improvement.

What does Allianz need from you?

  • University degree or completed Advanced Vocational Training (desirable).
  • At least 6 years of experience in Organization Design / Org Effectiveness / HR Strategy, leading end-to-end redesigns.
  • Solid command of Job Architecture and job grading/evaluation, ensuring consistency, internal equity and alignment with global standards.
  • Analytical skills and an "evidence-based" approach: use of organizational health metrics (spans of control, layers, FTE/costs, SWP scenarios) and construction of scorecards/KPIs, including productivity measured by area/function.
  • Strong influence and stakeholder management: advising senior leaders and cross-functional collaboration (Finance, Processes, Business).
  • Good command of English (at least B2).
