🏢 About the role

We are looking to add to our team in Salamanca an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the logistics department. The selected candidate will play a key role in the logistics coordination of samples, the analytical monitoring of clients, and the document management of the area, serving as a key link between field technicians and the internal team.

📌 Responsibilities

• 📧 Management and monitoring of the logistics mailbox, ensuring smooth and efficient communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• 📊 Monitoring of the client analytical plan, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and requirements.
• 📦 Coordination and supervision of sample shipments, ensuring they are carried out under the appropriate conditions, on time and in proper form.
• 📁 Management and updating of sampling protocols, ensuring that documentation is always current and accessible.
• 🤝 Coordination with sampling technicians, acting as a point of contact and providing administrative support to the field technical team.
• Support in the management of non-conformities and corrective actions arising from the logistics and analytical process.

🎓 Requirements

• Minimum education:  Higher Degree in Quality Analysis and Control, Higher Degree in Food Industries, Higher Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition, Industrial Chemistry…
• Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science and Technology.

💼Knowledge

• Proficiency in office tools: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) at an advanced level.
• Knowledge of Laboratory management systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage and monitor analytical plans and technical documentation.
• Basic knowledge of food safety regulations: ISO 17025

💼 Auxiliar Administrativo/a en Calidad y Seguridad Alimentaria

🏢 Sobre el puesto

Buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo en Salamanca un/a Auxiliar Administrativo/a para dar soporte al departamento de logística. La persona seleccionada jugará un papel fundamental en la coordinación logística de muestras, el seguimiento analítico de clientes y la gestión documental del área, siendo un nexo clave entre los técnicos de campo y el equipo interno.

📌 Funciones

• 📧 Gestión y seguimiento del correo de logística, asegurando una comunicación fluida y eficiente con clientes, proveedores y equipos internos.
• 📊 Seguimiento del plan analítico de clientes, velando por el cumplimiento de los plazos y requisitos establecidos.
• 📦 Coordinación y supervisión del envío de muestras, garantizando que se realiza en las condiciones adecuadas, en tiempo y forma.
• 📁 Gestión y actualización de protocolos de toma de muestras, asegurando que la documentación esté siempre vigente y accesible.
• 🤝 Coordinación con técnicos de toma de muestras, actuando como punto de contacto y apoyo administrativo para el equipo técnico de campo.
• Apoyo en la gestión de no conformidades y acciones correctivas derivadas del proceso logístico y analítico.

🎓 Requisitos

• Formación mínima:  Grado Superior en Análisis y control de calidad, Grado Superior en Industrias Alimentarias, Grado superior en Dietética y Nutrición, Química Industrial…
• Grado Biología, Química, Ciencia y Tecnología de los Alimentos.
