What we're looking for

Profile:

- Higher education, preferably in Industrial Technical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

- At least one year of experience in technical consultative sales, with particular value placed on experience from the energy services sector or related fields.

- Strong specific technical knowledge in heating, HVAC, domestic hot water (DHW), and solar energy systems.

- We are looking for people with high sales potential, customer orientation, and strong negotiation skills.

Nice to have

- Postgraduate training in energy management systems or renewable energy is valued.

What you'll do

Functions:

- Carry out effective client acquisition, sales, and energy management to improve clients' energy savings performance.

- Advise different clients on the improvement plan to develop and resolve any difficulties that may arise.

- Achieve assigned commercial objectives, managing accounts related to the residential area.

- Conduct energy audits to propose energy-saving solutions to clients, meeting the established parameters.

- Ensure proper commercial treatment of clients from the beginning to the end of the process.

- Plan their commercial activity in the area under their responsibility.

- Prepare commercial offers and quotes in collaboration with the Technical Management and the Studies area.

- Follow up and monitor offers and quotes.
