Territorial Distribution Specialist Technician (Salamanca).

The challenges of your day-to-day will be focused on

• Supervising assigned operations, including those that require you to take on the responsibility of technical management and those operations of greater complexity, in the execution of the most relevant milestones, managing the changes or incidents that may arise during their development, in accordance with internal regulations and current legislation, in order to ensure compliance with their budget, planned deadline and the safety, risk prevention, quality control and environmental protocols. Managing the necessary requirements for the execution of the assigned operations, ensuring the corresponding information is updated in the Company's systems.
• Managing, when the scale of the activity so requires, the scheduling of the works assigned to you, completing the milestones associated with their economic monitoring and requesting the collaboration of other supervisory resources when the complexity or duration of the work recommends it. Carrying out, when necessary, the required procedures so that the operations under your responsibility comply with the technical management requirements set out at any given time by the applicable current regulations.
• Resolving assigned claims and collaborating, at the request of other business units, in resolving other third-party claims: requirements from the General Directorate of Industry (DGI), municipal ordinance infringements and, in general, appeals and allegations before any administration arising from the execution of operations or relating to installations owned by the business. Preparing reports on damage to third parties or by third parties when requested, collaborating in their management before the competent authorities and administrations.
• At the request of other business units, capturing information in the field and preparing specific reports on the elements of the distribution network and its surroundings. Acting locally in processes triggered by decentralised business units.
• In the performance of the role within the gas scope: supervising, when required, the maintenance plan operations in accordance with the applicable legal and internal regulations, generating the results reports in the systems and correcting any defects that are defined, as well as emergency response notifications both in the distribution network and auxiliary installations and in receiving installations.
• Carrying out, on a regular basis, refresher training activities in order to maintain the knowledge and skills necessary to be able to perform all field operations within your scope of management and professional capacity.

What you need

Mandatory requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering
• 5 years of required experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of grid operations.
• 1 year of proven experience as technical manager in construction works.
• Knowledge of gas installations.
• Requires a valid driving license.

Técnico/a Especialista Territorial de Distribución (Salamanca).

Los retos de tu día a día estarán orientados al

• Supervisar las operaciones asignadas, incluyendo las que requieren que asuma la responsabilidad de dirección facultativa y aquellas operaciones de mayor complejidad, en la ejecución de los hitos más relevantes, gestionando los cambios o incidencias que vengan exigidas en su desarrollo, conforme a la normativa interna y legislación vigente, con el fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de su presupuesto, plazo previsto y los protocolos de seguridad, prevención de riesgos, control de calidad y medio ambiente. Gestionar los requisitos necesarios para la ejecución de las operaciones asignadas, asegurando la actualización de la información correspondiente en los sistemas de la Compañía.
• Gestionar, cuando la dimensión de la actividad así lo requiera, la programación de las obras que le han sido asignadas, cumplimentando los hitos asociados a su seguimiento económico y requiriendo la colaboración de otros recursos de supervisión cuando la complejidad o duración de los trabajos lo recomiende. Realizar, cuando sea necesario, las gestiones necesarias para que las operaciones bajo su responsabilidad cumplan los requisitos de Dirección Facultativa que contemple en cada momento la normativa vigente aplicable.
• Resolver las reclamaciones asignadas y colaborar, a petición de otras unidades del negocio, en la resolución de otras reclamaciones de terceros: requerimientos de la Dirección General de Industria (DGI), infracciones de la ordenanza municipal y, en general recursos y alegaciones ante cualquier administración derivados de la ejecución de las operaciones o referentes a las instalaciones propiedad del negocio. Realizar informes de daños a terceros o de terceros cuando se soliciten, colaborando en su gestión ante las autoridades y administraciones competentes.
• 'A petición de otras unidades de negocio, capturar información en campo, realizar informes específicos sobre los elementos de la red de distribución y su entorno. Actuar de forma local en procesos desencadenados por unidades deslocalizadas del negocio.
• En el desarrollo de la función para el ámbito gas: supervisar cuando así se requiera, las operaciones del plan de mantenimiento según la normativa legal e interna aplicable, generando los informes de resultados en los sistemas y corrigiendo aquellos defectos que se definan, así como los avisos de atención a urgencias tanto en la red de distribución e instalaciones auxiliares como en instalaciones receptoras.
• Desarrollar, de forma periódica, actividades de reciclaje con el objetivo de mantener los conocimientos y capacidades necesarios para poder ejecutar todas las operaciones de campo, de su ámbito de gestión y capacidad profesional.

• 1 año de experiencia comprobada como dirección facultativa en obras.
