What will your day-to-day life be like?

You will join the talent area to collaborate on training and development initiatives, participating in key projects and contributing to the analysis of information that supports decision-making. Main responsibilities:

• Support the coordination and execution of training programs , including planning, calls for proposals, monitoring and evaluation of training activities.
• Prepare reports and data analysis for the talent area, creating reports and dashboards for monitoring indicators.
• Collaborate on projects and initiatives in the talent area , contributing to the preparation of materials, analysis of information and monitoring of initiatives.

What do we expect from you?

We want you on the team if you want to join a leading and growing project, bring experience in coordinating development initiatives, and stand out for your data analysis skills.

• Background in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.
• 3/4 years of experience in the functions.
• Advanced level of English (C1). Daily communication with countries of the Group.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Knowledge of Workday or other LMS systems is highly valued.
