We are looking to incorporate a Technical Product Lead with a strong data orientation, combining technical leadership with execution capacity to drive the development of data-based digital products.

What will your day-to-day be like?
Lead the complete lifecycle of new data-driven applications, from conceptualization to deployment
Design data architectures and actively participate in technical development (hands-on approach)
Optimize data models, business logic, and query performance
Supervise and evolve data governance in cloud environments (especially Google Cloud)
Define and manage integration strategies via APIs
Act as a bridge between business and technology, transforming needs into functional solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead key technical decisions
What do we offer you?
Permanent contract + Variable.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday with flexible entry between 8:30-9:30 and exit between 17:30-18:30
2 days of remote work per week
Intensive workday on Fridays
Intensive workday during the months of July and August

What do we need from you?
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar
Advanced level of English.
Previous experience in similar roles leading products or technical developments
Essential technical requirements:
Advanced Python (backend and data processing)
Solid experience in BigQuery (modeling, optimization, and cost management)
Knowledge of Google Cloud architectures and microservices deployment
Experience in designing data models oriented towards BI and Data Insights
Valuable: Knowledge of Java and React
Soft skills:
Strong data orientation and analytical capacity
Problem-solving mindset and hands-on approach
Communication and influence skills
Proactive leadership and ability to work in dynamic environments

Buscamos incorporar un/a Technical Product Lead con una fuerte orientación al dato, que combine liderazgo técnico con capacidad de ejecución para impulsar el desarrollo de productos digitales basados en datos.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?
Liderar el ciclo de vida completo de nuevas aplicaciones data-driven, desde la conceptualización hasta su despliegue
Diseñar arquitecturas de datos y participar activamente en el desarrollo técnico (enfoque hands-on)
Optimizar modelos de datos, lógica de negocio y rendimiento de consultas
Supervisar y evolucionar el gobierno del dato en entornos cloud (especialmente Google Cloud)
Definir y gestionar estrategias de integración mediante APIs
Actuar como nexo entre negocio y tecnología, transformando necesidades en soluciones funcionales
Colaborar con equipos transversales y liderar decisiones técnicas clave

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?
Titulación en Ingeniería, Informática, Matemáticas o similar
Nivel de inglés Avanzado.
Experiencia previa en roles similares liderando productos o desarrollos técnicos
Requisitos técnicos imprescindibles:
Python avanzado (backend y procesamiento de datos)
Experiencia sólida en BigQuery (modelado, optimización y gestión de costes)
Conocimiento de arquitecturas en Google Cloud y despliegue de microservicios
