ASCIRES is seeking a TRAINING MANAGER with experience and the motivation to progressively take on leadership responsibilities.

What you'll do

Responsibilities:

- Design, create, and manage accredited postgraduate training programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory and industry standards, and identifying new qualifications and content with market potential.
- Direct and supervise the training center of the IBQUES Institute and ASCIRES, ensuring proper academic, administrative, and operational functioning.
- Organize and coordinate ongoing training for technical healthcare and administrative staff, adapting programs to the specific needs of each group.
- Coordinate and manage training internships, acting as a liaison between the center and partner organizations, supervisors, and trainees.
- Manage and lead the academic team and collaborators, fostering a work environment focused on excellence and continuous improvement, with regular interaction with highly specialized clinical-scientific and technical profiles.
- Supervise and enhance the e-learning training offering, managing the associated technological platforms (LMS, video conferencing, etc.).
- Identify new training business opportunities and develop innovative proposals that expand the institution's catalog and reach.
- Maintain fluid and proactive communication with clients, suppliers, accrediting bodies, and other stakeholders in the training ecosystem.
