ASCIRES is looking for a Service Specialist with experience and a motivation to progressively take on leadership responsibilities.

- Managing patient care, providing personalized attention, and offering detailed information about the available medical services.
- Maintaining and overseeing communication channels with patients, ensuring a smooth and high-quality care experience.
- Supervising the operational functioning of the department in coordination with the Service Management team, ensuring the proper development of internal processes.
- Implementing continuous improvement procedures aimed at optimizing service efficiency and the quality of patient care.
- Ensuring compliance with the quality standards established by the organization across all departmental processes.
- Collaborating with management to develop strategies that help improve the service's profitability margins.
- Coordinating with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure an efficient workflow and comprehensive patient care.
- Participating in strategic meetings with management to evaluate results, identify areas for improvement, and plan development actions.
