The role

Description

ASCIRES is looking to hire an HR/Labor Relations Technician with experience in HR departments, specifically in personnel management areas.

Responsibilities:
- Apply and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, updates in current labor legislation and bills.
- Implement day-to-day aspects related to labor regulations (Social Security enrollment, sick leave due to illness, maternity/paternity leave, vacations, disciplinary actions...).
- Implement and maintain the standards defined by the labor legislation of the assigned area.
- Supervise and manage payroll payments for the assigned area.
- Handle hiring and Social Security enrollment for the assigned area.
- Provide employee support (changes, inquiries, documentation, payroll variables...).
- Draft documents.
- Monitor and supervise working hours.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions within companies with more than 500 employees.
- Solid experience in managing Social Security registrations and terminations using the RED System.
- Advanced knowledge of Social Security contribution processes.
- Proficiency in using the Contrat@ platform for managing employment contracts.
- Experience in comprehensive payroll calculation and management.
- Ability to interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements.
- Mandatory proficiency in the A3 Innuva HR management software.
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector will be valued.
