ASCIRES is looking to hire an HR/Labor Relations Technician with experience in HR departments, specifically in personnel management areas.

Responsibilities:
- Apply and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, updates in current labor legislation and bills.
- Implement day-to-day aspects related to labor regulations (Social Security enrollment, sick leave due to illness, maternity/paternity leave, vacations, disciplinary actions...).
- Implement and maintain the standards defined by the labor legislation of the assigned area.
- Supervise and manage payroll payments for the assigned area.
- Handle hiring and Social Security enrollment for the assigned area.
