Accounting Coordinator – Valencia

ASCIRES is looking to hire an Accounting Coordinator with experience in financial environments and motivation to progressively take on leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Management and execution of financial accounting for various companies.
- Supervision of billing, treasury, and collections control processes.
- Preparation of monthly closings by tax ID and production center.
- Preparation of preliminary and final accounting closings.
- Analysis of company and production center closings, identifying variances and areas for improvement.
- Definition, implementation, and monitoring of action plans aimed at process optimization.
- Coordination and supervision of the accounting team.
- Participation in team selection and development processes.
- Definition and monitoring of financial indicators (KPIs).
- Liaising with internal and external clients on financial matters.
- Driving improvements in processes and area efficiency.
