Business Specialist EB Channel - Barcelona

MISSION: They are the Business Executive's consultant, responsible for providing expert knowledge and supporting decision-making in their areas of specialization. They are the specialist figure and the maximum expert/reference for PSC products. They support the Business Manager in achieving the objectives assigned to their portfolio in terms of business, profitability, productivity, and efficiency. They are responsible for specialized sales and for achieving the budget for specific products that require a high level of advisory/expertise or knowledge of complex risks. FUNCTIONS: Support the Business Manager in their areas of specialization in the development and implementation of the brokerage's strategic plan and in monitoring their business plans. Advise the Business Manager on training plans for the specialization of their agent portfolio and for agent activation. Ensure and complement the Business Manager's approach in the application by the distributor of the different specialized methodologies and commercial tools (PSC). Provide technical support for co-financing plans and commercial agreements defined at the agent level (commercial agreement). Train Business Managers to achieve specialization in PSC. Provide recommendations to the Channel Director on the territorial orientation and evolution of specialization within their scope of action. Drive the specialization of the Network and increase new production and business volume, leading the Territorial Forums for PSC lines. PROFILE: A degree in Psychology, Law, or Business Administration is valued. Knowledge of Products, Marketing, Market (Positioning, market movements, competition, client). MISIÓN: Es consultor del Ejecutivo de Negocio, responsable de facilitarle conocimiento experto y darle soporte en la toma de decisiones en los ramos de su ámbito de especialización. Es la figura especialista y el máximo conocedor / referente de los productos PSC. Apoya al Manager de Negocio para el cumplimiento de objetivos asignados para su pirámide en términos de negocio, rentabilidad, productividad y eficiencia. Es responsable de la venta especializada y de la consecución del presupuesto en productos concretos que requieren de un alto nivel de asesoramiento / expertise o conocimiento en riesgos complejos. FUNCIONES: Apoyar al Manager de Negocio en sus áreas de especialización en la elaboración e implementación del plan estratégico de la correduría y en el seguimiento de sus planes comerciales. Asesorar al Manager de Negocio en los planes de formación para la especialización de su pirámide de agentes y para la activación de los agentes. Garantizar y complementar el enfoque del Manager de Negocio en la aplicación por parte del distribuidor de las distintas metodologías y herramientas comerciales especializadas (PSC). Dar soporte técnico a los planes de cofinanciación y acuerdos comerciales que se definan a nivel de agentes (acuerdo comercial). Capacitar a los Manager de Negocio para lograr su especialización en PSC. Dar recomendación al Director de Canal territorial sobre la orientación y evolución de la especialización en su perímetro de actuación. Dinamizar la especialización de la Red e incrementar la nueva producción y el volumen de negocio, liderando los Foros Territoriales de los ramos de PSC.
