He is the agency's business consultant, the person with the greatest knowledge of its agents, their business and their environment, and the architect of their network. He supports and advises the agent to develop their business with a sustained growth strategy. He has expert insurance knowledge of products and tools, and is the guarantor of compliance with the objectives assigned to his pyramid in terms of business, profitability, productivity and efficiency. He is the commercial figure closest to the agent, recognized as a true partner with the capacity to influence and make decisions to respond to the agent's needs. He instills AXA values at points of sale and in their teams.

• Support his agents in the preparation and implementation of the agency's strategic plan and in monitoring their commercial plans.
• He is responsible for aligning the strategic plan of the offices with the company.
• Advise his agents on exploiting business opportunities and planned national or local actions.
• Ensure a sufficient number of agents in his commercial area/district, their management (integrations, successions, etc.) and the degree of professionalism/specialization of his pyramid required for the recurring fulfillment of objectives, both growth and diversification. (alignment of description with SWFP)
• Develop the commercial system within his network of agents.
  • By monitoring and controlling new production and the portfolio.
  • By scheduling and carrying out visits to agents, following the steps of the AXA commercial management methodology.
  • By increasing activity in agencies, visits made to clients and prospects of the agency, with the aim of growing their business in terms of policy volumes, premiums and clients.
• Inform, negotiate with and motivate agents based on their growth and potential, through the AXA incentive policy.
• Driver of the phygital transformation and responsible for the technological adaptation of his pyramid.
• Ensure good market conduct practices, aimed at protecting the rights of policyholders (transparency, fair treatment, identification of conflicts of interest, etc.). To this end, he ensures that the agent's professional conduct complies with applicable external legislation and current internal regulations (internal compliance standards and code of ethics).
• He is the leader of the relationship with the agency. He coordinates business specialists and positions himself before the agent as their central point of contact with the company.

Es consultor de negocio de la agencia, el mayor conocedor de sus agentes, de su negocio y de su entorno y arquitecto de su red. Apoya y asesora al agente para desarrollar su negocio con una estrategia de crecimiento sostenido. Tiene conocimiento asegurador experto en productos y herramientas, y es garante del cumplimiento de objetivos asignados para su pirámide en términos de negocio, rentabilidad, productividad y eficiencia. Es la figura comercial de proximidad al agente, reconocida como un auténtico partner con capacidad de influencia y de decisión para dar respuesta a las necesidades del agente. Inculca los valores AXA en los puntos de venta y en sus equipos.

• Apoyar a sus agentes en la elaboración e implementación del plan estratégico de la agencia y en el seguimiento de sus planes comerciales.
• Es responsable del alineamiento del plan estratégico de las oficinas con la compañía.
• Asesorar a sus agentes en la explotación de las oportunidades de negocio y las acciones planificadas nacionales o locales.
• Garantizar el número de agentes suficientes en su zona/demarcación comercial, la gestión de estos (integraciones, sucesiones,...) y el grado de profesionalidad / especialización de su pirámide necesaria para el cumplimiento recurrente de objetivos, tanto de crecimiento como de diversificación. (alineación descripción con SWFP)
• Desarrollar la sistemática comercial en su red de agentes.
  • Realizando un seguimiento y control de la nueva producción y cartera.
  • Programando y realizando visitas a agentes efectuando los pasos de la metodología de conducción comercial AXA.
  • Incrementando la actividad en las agencias, visitas realizadas a clientes y prospectos de la agencia, con el objetivo de crecer sus negocios en volúmenes de pólizas, primas y clientes.
• Informar, negociar y motivar a los agentes en función de su crecimiento y potencialidad, a través de la Política de incentivación AXA.
• Motor de la trasformación phygital y responsable de la adaptación de la tecnológica de su pirámide.
• Asegurar las buenas prácticas de conducta de mercado, tendentes a proteger los derechos de los asegurados (transparencia, trato justo, identificación de conflictos de interés...). Para ello, vela para que la conducta profesional del agente cumpla con la legislación externa aplicable y con la normativa interna en vigor (estándares internos de cumplimiento y código ético).
• Es el líder de la relación con la agencia. Coordina a los especialistas de negocio y se posiciona frente al agente como el interlocutor central de él con la compañía.
