Network manager: key to optimizing costs, ensuring quality, and leading innovation in our supplier network for the Canary Islands (travel across the islands), with residency in the Canary Islands being essential. What you will do: Supplier negotiation and management: Negotiate rates, manage contracts, and maintain relationships to ensure good conditions and quality of service. Operational efficiency: Optimize processes, implement automation, and improve workflows. Risk mitigation: Assess and reduce risks related to supplier discontinuation, uncovered areas, and regulatory compliance. Technological integration: Oversee the adoption of new technologies and digital solutions. Performance monitoring and improvement: Track KPIs, manage complaints, and promote continuous improvements. Main responsibilities: Monitor and control activity through periodic supplier reports. Collaborate on implementing procedures with suppliers and partners at Auto Networks. Supervise service quality at Auto Networks. Identify incidents and areas for improvement. Plan and conduct supplier visits. Act as a liaison between suppliers and the networks department to resolve incidents. Collaborate on implementing automated systems at Auto Networks. Carry out delegated tasks as needed. Negotiate terms (rates, volumes, areas). What you will bring: Knowledge of the automotive business (a plus). A valid driver's license. Willingness to travel. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis). Problem-solving and conflict management skills. Analytical skills.
