MISSION The Big Data and Advanced Analytics Manager will be responsible for implementing artificial intelligence initiatives (predictive AI, generative AI, agentic AI, and future types of AI that may emerge) across different areas of the company, aligned with the corporate strategy and helping to achieve business objectives, working cross-functionally with all company teams (different businesses - customers, operations, etc. -, technology, transformation/AI Office, etc.) MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluate and participate in the design of solutions developed within the team and provide technical and planning follow-up for each project. Supervise the development, training, and deployment of AI models. Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, ensuring proper operation and control of BAU. Manage budgets and resources associated with each project. Ensure quality, ethics, and regulatory compliance in AI projects. Develop team working methodologies that ensure the quality of developed projects and monitor the corresponding associated KPIs. Collaborate with business areas to identify innovation and optimization opportunities through AI. Establish and manage relationships with the AXA Group. PROFILE Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar. Experience: More than 5 years leading technical teams and managing AI projects. Leadership in teams (Data Scientists). Technical knowledge: AI technologies and tools (predictive, generative, and agentic AI). Azure, Databricks, Python, Spark, SQL, and Scala (desirable). Knowledge of MLOps and project management (PMP). Insurance sector and ethical and regulatory aspects related to AI. Skills and competencies: Strategic, innovative, and results-oriented approach. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. Continuous learning capacity and market vision.
