About the role

Job Description

At BD, we are looking for a commercially driven healthcare professional to join our team in Catalonia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships across the Catalan healthcare ecosystem, identifying opportunities to improve healthcare delivery, and supporting the implementation of innovative solutions that create value for healthcare professionals and patients.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, managers, procurement teams, clinical leaders, and other key stakeholders across the Catalan healthcare system.

  • Identify business opportunities and lead the full sales cycle, from needs assessment and solution design through to project closure.

  • Support the successful implementation of projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, user adoption, and adherence to agreed objectives.

  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts, drive cross-selling initiatives, and contribute to sustainable business growth.

  • Develop strategic account plans and contribute to the achievement of commercial objectives across the region.

  • Represent BD at relevant healthcare events, meetings, and professional forums within Catalonia.

Nice to have

  • University degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role within healthcare, medical technology, diagnostics, or hospital services.

  • Strong knowledge of the Catalan healthcare system, including key organizations and healthcare institutions.

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented approach with strong analytical capabilities.

  • Fluency in Catalan and Spanish, with a good command of English.

Salary Range for the Role: €45,000 - €55,000 gross annual base salary
