About the role

Your Tasks Contracts : preparation of draft and support the procurement in finalizing the services agreements required by the various company functions, Corporate law : review of the power of attorney preparation of the minutes for the board of directors and shareholder assembly Compliance : carry out when required the training about Competition, Data Protection, Anticorruption and review and translate if required the global guidelines into local language IP related matters : Support the external law firm in preparing writ of summons or brief of defense regarding the advertising litigation with competitors. In the first six months the position will be focusing on Spain, and after that the position will also span over Portugal with the same responsibilities. No previous knowledge of Portuguese law is required, though it's nice to have. Your Profile Law degree - knowledge of Spanish law is a must. Up to 3 years of experience, preferably in an FMCG environment. Practical experience in contracts, compliance/GDPR, corporate law, competition law, or advertising law. Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus. Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and seniority levels. Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of balancing legal risks with business needs. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to deliver trainings and explain legal concepts in a clear, practical manner.
