Academic Year Internship 26/27 | Degree

The internship program for the 2026/2027 academic year is aimed at Spanish Law degree students with a solid academic record who are willing to learn and assist our lawyers in providing legal advice to leading companies in their sector.

• The internship includes a stipend of €1,000/month (full-time commitment), an amount that will be adjusted proportionally in the case of part-time commitment.

• The internship will have a minimum duration of three months during the first semester (September-January) or the second semester (January-May) and a commitment of at least 20 hours per week, with a schedule that can be adapted to your availability.

• Student of the Spanish Law Degree (having passed more than half of the ECTS credits of the degree at the time for which the internship is requested)
• Very good academic record.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Advanced level of English
• Any international experience will be a plus
• Pursuing a double degree will be highly valued
• No previous experience required

As an intern student, we want you to see what the life of a lawyer at Baker McKenzie is like.

From the start, you will be involved in the day-to-day of a specific department, working closely with our lawyers and with our Spanish and international clients, carrying out research tasks and other daily activities within the department to which you are assigned.

At the beginning of the internship, you will be assigned a Senior lawyer as a mentor, and you will also have the additional support of a Jr. lawyer as a "Buddy" to resolve any simple questions. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to participate in pro bono activities.

Throughout the internship, you will have the opportunity to:

• build your network within the firm;
• develop your legal skills;
• learn how we work, what our clients are like, and how the Firm's structure works

El programa de prácticas para el curso académico 2026/2027 está destinado a estudiantes de Derecho español con una sólida trayectoria académica dispuestos a aprender y a ayudar a nuestros abogados en tareas de asesoramiento jurídico a empresas líderes en su sector.

• Las prácticas cuentan con una dotación de 1.000€/mes (dedicación jornada completa), importe que habrá que ajustar proporcionalmente en caso de dedicación parcial.

• Las prácticas tendrán una duración mínima de tres meses durante el primer cuatrimestre (septiembre-enero) o el segundo cuatrimestre (enero-mayo) y una dedicación a partir de 20 horas semanales y cuyo horario podrás adaptar a tu disponibilidad.

• Estudiante del Grado en Derecho español (haber superado más de la mitad de los ETC de la carrera en el momento para el que se solicitan las prácticas)
• Muy buen expediente académico.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
• Alto nivel de inglés
• Cualquier experiencia Internacional será un plus
• Cursar un doble Grado será altamente valorado
• No se requiere experiencia previa

Como estudiante en prácticas queremos que veas cómo es la vida de un abogado en Baker McKenzie.

Desde el principio te involucrarán en el día a día de un determinado departamento, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con nuestros abogados y con nuestros clientes españoles e internacionales, realizando tareas de investigación y otras actividades cotidianas dentro del departamento al que seas asignado.

Al inicio de las prácticas se te asignará un abogado Senior como tutor y contarás además con el apoyo adicional de un abogado Jr. como "Buddy" para resolver cualquier duda sencilla. Además, También tendrás la oportunidad de participar en actividades pro bono.

A lo largo de las prácticas tendrás la oportunidad de:

• construir tu red de contactos dentro de la firma;
• desarrollar tus habilidades legales;
• aprender cómo trabajamos, cómo son nuestros clientes y cómo es la estructura de la Firma
