The Project Drafting Team Director will be the key figure responsible for the overall coordination of the technical team in charge of the comprehensive development of the project. Their mission will be to ensure the correct planning, execution, and thorough supervision of all work required for the drafting, ensuring at all times strict compliance with the technical, regulatory, and administrative requirements established in the specifications.

Job Requirements*

  • Degree in Architecture and a Master's Degree in Architecture, or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrable minimum experience of 10 years in drafting architectural projects.
  • Solid experience in directing and managing technical teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of current urban and building regulations.
  • Proficiency in the Technical Building Code (CTE).
  • Experience in processing and liaising with the contracting Administration.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and plan projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a high capacity for problem-solving.
  • Availability to work 100% remotely.
